You’re invited to join Amy Fogarty, owner of Yara Yoga, for a soul nourishing winter retreat. Savor a cozy weekend nestled in the woods – filled with yoga, time in nature, relaxation, delicious food, and meaningful connection.
Amy will guide daily yoga practices aligned with the energy of the winter season to explore presence, warmth, and prana. Amy will also host an Ayurvedic workshop to share simple self-care practices that can be integrated into your daily routine to support well-being in late winter and spring (Kapha season). Enjoy time connecting with other beautiful souls during yoga practices, Wild Rice immersion experiences, and over meals.
This retreat is designed to balance downtime with practice and connection. Each day you’ll have the opportunity to participate in outdoor and indoor activities and/or you can spend time on your own…enjoying The Sanctuary (sauna haus and rain room), quiet time in nature, or personal downtime to relax. Participants will stay in a Scandinavian-modern treehaus with their own private guest suite that includes a queen bed and european style bath.
This retreat is open to everyone, with no prior yoga experience necessary.

- Rest, relax, and unwind
- Nourish your body, mind, spirit, and senses
