We will mix Up daily yoga practices, meditation, workshops, and evening restorative yoga. We will ensure you have plenty of time each day for a group adventure or quiet time to sauna, enjoy a winter walk or get a massage.

Please bring a yoga mat and practice clothing (not for heated classes), a swimsuit for the sauna, winter gear for walking or cross-country skiing, books and other leisurely activities, plus a journal.
