Guests will feel the true benefits of the art form of intentional rest and guided practices to cultivate a lighter heart and more joy and abundance.

The weekend will include an optional outdoor adventure, connection to nature, daily delicious nourishing meals, sauna rituals, a nutrition consult, and an evening fire ceremony.  Massage will be available for an additional fee.

Guests should bring a journal and writing implement.  Be sure to dress for indoor and outdoor adventure – a swimsuit (for the sauna), yoga clothes and loose clothing and winter clothing and boots are recommended.

biography

As the Founder of Wild Rice Retreat, Heidi is committed to a holistic and integrative experience allowing each guest to ground themselves in nature, tap into their creative spirit and connect to their body and breath’s inner wisdom and strength. She creates intentional, safe spaces for people to show up and be met wherever they are.  For some that means time to explore and create; for others it means to move, grieve, let go; and others to simply rest, celebrate, and find joy.

As an accomplished compassionate leader, Heidi also provides wisdom and guidance for gathering courage, tools for moving through transitions with grace, and building resilience.  Heidi’s open-hearted and joyful approach to yoga and personal development is accessible and approachable.
