biography
Jeff Bailey is an expert at restoring and maintaining joint health and bone strength. With over 13,000 teaching hours online and in the classroom, he has helped thousands resolve joint pain and return to the activities they love. Working with Jeff, many have avoided joint replacements because of his time-tested method of using the muscles to strengthen joints and bones. In a time where muscle and extreme fitness have stolen the show, Jeff brings a revolutionary approach to health that gets to the problem—arthritis, degeneration, and limited mobility.
At age 50, Jeff incurred a high-speed ski accident that severely damaged his hip. The turning point came when he realized joints crave compression. Jeff is a trained Rolfer, has appeared on dozens of podcasts, and runs the annual Avita Yoga Teacher Training, which has graduated over 100 teachers. He leads international retreats and workshops and authored The Yoga Mind. Jeff has dedicated his life to helping people live happy, mobile, and independent lives. Now, in his 60s, he and countless others are living proof that it works. His practical approach to yoga restores and maintains joint health for life.
