To deepen your experience and add a touch of enchantment, we have incorporated live music sound healing sessions into the retreat offered by Asher, along with handcrafted candles to match your energetic light. Asher uses his background in music and dance to bring creative, intentional movement to your practice. Let your breath guide you through transitions as cues give you space to explore new sensations. No matter the tempo, there is always room for you to move authentically. Asher's sanctuary of yoga invites you to express yourself genuinely. His expertise and artistry converge, crafting a haven where mindful motion harmonizes with inner cadences, setting forth a transformative expedition of self-discovery. Nicole has been teaching yoga for a decade in Chicago ... from public classes, private clients, leading teacher trainings, offering special events and other international retreats. She specializes in vinyasa, prenatal, trauma informed, accessibility, nidra... just to name a few. For Nicole, the yoking of the body, mind and spirit is the most profound element to the practice of yoga. Because of the link that yoga promotes, it has become a source of stability during the constant changes that are a part of life and that's why she is so passionate about sharing this practice with others.
