Sometimes we need to hit pause, have a change of scenery, and surround ourselves with the healing elements in nature to remember who we are and what is important to us. Returning to our true nature is an act of self-care and something that doesn't happen without conscious effort. That is what this yoga and wellness retreat is all about.
Spend a weekend convening with the elements of earth, water, fire and air. Spend time in community and in solitude. Move your body with daily yoga and hiking. Get still with guided meditation, sound healing, and time for rest. Cleanse yourself in the sauna onsite or in the healing waters of Lake Superior. Burn away what has been keeping you from feeling centered and connected with an evening fire ceremony.
This Retreat is for you if:
- You crave time in nature and feel a spiritual connection to the outdoors
- You want some time for yourself, to slow down and replenish your energy
- You desire to have a weekend of pampering with good food and cozy accommodations
- You want to reconnect with your true, innermost nature
- You seek solitude to commune with the earth, the stars, and Lake Superior
- You are ready to commit - or recommit - to self-care practices that nourish and sustain you
