Class description

Vivation uses a unique, circular breathing technique designed to help you release stress, increase emotional clarity, and foster deep personal transformation.  During this retreat you will learn how to use your breath and awareness to pleasurably integrate difficult feelings and enjoy more of your life.

Vivation can be done anywhere - while working, playing, or even in public. However, it can also be practiced in a quiet space to go deeper within. Much of our time together during this retreat will be fully lying-down, guided sessions.

This foundational retreat is perfect for beginners as well as seasoned meditation and breathwork practitioners, providing an opportunity for everyone to deepen their practice.

This retreat offers a uniquely supportive community experience in an intimate, small group setting.

The healing container is co-created by each participant and strengthens with our collective intentions. While we will likely process intense emotions, we also make plenty of space for silliness, fun, and play! This is a chance to reset, deepen your practice, and enjoy a playful yet transformative environment.

During our retreat, you will receive nourishment through Ayurvedic-inspired meals, practice deep breathing in the snowy evergreen forest, and have the opportunity to connect with the sacred waters of Gichigami (Lake Superior).

I invite you to take this next step with me, integrating more creativity, connection, and joy into your life through the transformative practice of Vivation.
